KNOWN ISSUES
-
Player level cap: You’ll be able to advance to level 11, but won’t be able to go beyond level 11. Past this, you can play the game and complete quests, but progress will be halted. This cap will be raised in future releases!
-
Animal collection cap: For this release the animal collection is limited to 11 animals. More animals will be added in future releases.
-
Animal level cap: For now, your animal is capped at level 5. This cap will be raised with future releases.
-
Stuttering: The game may experience performance issues such as stuttering or jitteriness on certain phones (especially those with a Mali-G78 processor such as the Google Pixel 6). We’re sorry if you experience this because it’ll make it tough to enjoy playing! The team will tackle this issue in a future release.
-
Can’t find BeeBot: Occasionally, BeeBot will fly through the EverForest in places where you can’t see or interact with them.
-
Umi the Spotted Owl disappears: Occasionally Umi will disappear from the forest. (Hoo knows where she goes?!) If that happens, please restart the game and she should reappear.
-
Game doesn’t progress while away! Occasionally, the game may not progress while you have it suspended or closed. If you start the game and then suspend / close it again, the issue should resolve.
-
Invalid reward box timers: Some reward boxes will show a “Reward box ready to claim” timer. This can be ignored except on the free daily reward box.
-
Stretching! On some devices the UI isn’t scaling properly, and things looked stretched.
-
Creature sorting! Sorting your creature collection by creature level is not working properly.
-
Invalid timers in the store: Occasionally, if you enter the store using another method other than tapping on the icon in the main tray at the bottom of the screen, the store timers may not report the correct values. Enter the store via the icon at the bottom of the screen and you’ll see the correct timer value.
