When and where will my real world trees be planted?

In one year, an acre of trees can absorb as much carbon as is produced by a car driven up to 8700 miles.

We intend to plant trees around the world and look for projects that will help our planet, people, animals, and plants. Our first EverForest trees are being planted in Kenya. As you keep playing, we’ll keep planting and finding great projects around the world to support!

Trees are planted based on the time that gives them their best chance of survival. For example, mangroves can be planted almost year-round, however, a terrestrial tree like an acacia may be best planted during a rainy season—depending where in the world the tree will be planted. If a tree isn’t planted at the right time or in the right place with the right species for the area, it will not grow and flourish. We are very careful to support reforestation partners that strive to plant trees at the best time so they thrive and grow for the long-term!
