My Merge Board is full—how do I create more space?

Did you know that natural events like storms and mudslides can clear spaces in the forest?

The easiest way to create more space on your Merge Board is to Merge identical items together to create new items. Your items can be used to complete animal tasks and to progress in the game. Merge items by dragging an item into another identical item.

Another method to clear space would be to sell items that you don’t need. When you sell an item, you get Merge Tokens, which can be used to purchase items you want from the store, or to expand your Merge Board (more on that below). To sell an item, tap on it then select “sell” from the bottom of the merge board. Higher-rarity items typically sell for more merge tokens than lower-rarity ones. Before selling an item, be sure that it’s not one that you need for one of your active tasks!

Finally, you can expand the size of your Merge Board by purchasing a new row using Merge Tokens. At the bottom of your Merge Board you should see a number next to the purple Merge Token symbol. That’s how many Merge Tokens you need to expand your Merge Board. You can get Merge Tokens by selling items and completing tasks. Every additional row you add costs more Merge Tokens, but the benefit of having more rows is permanent.
