I can’t get past the title screen!

In nature, some creatures work together for their mutual benefit—like clownfish and anemones.

If you’re stuck at the title screen or if you’re getting an error message there, it probably means that you’re not connected to our servers. This is usually caused by:

• An issue with your internet connection.
• Servers going down.

Since this is a server-based game, without connecting to them, the game can’t start. First, check that your device is connected to the internet either through WIFI or mobile data. (You can test this by opening up your device's web browser and navigating to a web page.)
