My game keeps closing or crashing…

Did you know snakes don’t have eyelids and can’t close their eyes?

A game that crashes can be frustrating and we have a few ideas of things to check:

Try clearing your cache. A cache is a collection of temporary files that are stored on your device which typically help an app run more efficiently. Occasionally, though, they can cause problems, so clearing it can clean the slate. Steps to clearing your cache:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select “Apps”
3. Find and select “EverForest: Merge Adventure”
4. Select “Storage”
5. Tap “Clear cache”

If clearing your cache doesn’t work, the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the game. (Don’t worry about your progress, it’ll be saved where you left off.) To uninstall EverForest, tap and hold on the EverForest app icon until the quick menu appears, then select Uninstall. Next, go back into the Play Store and re-download the game.
