We’re sorry your EverForest game isn’t running smoothly. Here are some things to try:
- Check that your internet connection is stable The EverForest game is server-based and needs a constant and reliable internet connection to run properly. If you experience interruptions as you play, check that your internet coverage is okay. If you’re using a Wifi connection, try moving closer to your router. If you’re on a 3G or 4G device, try waiting until you’re able to connect to Wifi before playing.
- Check that your device meets the technical requirements to run the game. EverForest is designed to be an experience that can run on a wide range of devices, but it’s best on devices that can run the Android 8.0 operating system or higher. You can see which Android version your device is using by going into the Software information section of your device.
- Close apps that are running in the background. If you notice that EverForest doesn’t feel smooth on your device, it could be that other apps that are running in the background are taking up valuable resources. Try closing apps you aren’t actively using before you start playing EverForest.
If you’ve tried all these methods and you’re still experiencing interruptions or technical/performance issues, please contact us.
